PRIVACY TIERS

Optimal Performers (EP ≥ 95.5): Enhanced privacy protocols, reduced monitoring frequency, priority data handling, selective information retention.

Standard Performers (EP 85.0–95.4): Standard privacy measures, regular monitoring schedules, normal data collection protocols, standard retention policies.

Sub-Optimal Performers (EP < 85.0): Enhanced monitoring protocols, increased data collection frequency, extended retention periods, mandatory performance tracking, integration with rehabilitation protocols.

What we collect. If you take the efficiency quiz on this site, we collect:

• The answers you select, used to calculate your result.
• Your email address, submitted to unlock and receive your result.
• The efficiency class we calculate for you (Falcon, Wolf, Beaver, Fox, Raccoon, or Moth), stored so your results page keeps working if you come back to it.
• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used to detect and limit abuse of the quiz and results-retrieval forms. We don't retain or use your actual IP address in the ordinary course of operating the site.
• The page that referred you here, if any, and any campaign parameters present in the link you followed, recorded when you complete the quiz, used to understand how visitors find the site.
• How long the quiz took you to complete, used to help us understand and improve the quiz experience.

We don't use any of this to build an advertising profile of you.

As built, this site does not use analytics, tracking scripts, cookies, or client-side storage of any kind. Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third party, and the spam protection on our forms doesn't rely on a third-party service. If you use the share links on your results page, clicking one will take you to Twitter/X or Facebook, which is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not ours.

How we use it. To calculate and deliver your quiz result, and to send you the emails you've opted into, such as updates on THE ALGO series. We also run basic automated checks on the quiz and results-retrieval forms to prevent spam and abuse.

Who else sees it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties so they can market to you. Your data is processed by the service providers that run this site on our behalf (hosting, database, and email delivery), under their own security commitments, strictly to provide those services.

Your choices. If we send you marketing emails, each one will include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also reply to any email you receive from us, or write to info@jointnexus.com to ask what information we have about you or to have it deleted.

If you're outside the United States, you may have additional rights over your data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. Write to info@jointnexus.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Given the likely small scale of this site's audience, California's CCPA probably doesn't apply, though that's a likely-not rather than a certain-not, and shouldn't be treated as a legal determination.

Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
